Through Lenders Halper's sister company Portfolio Realty Group License Number #B-0041902 (portfoliorealtygroup.com) will assist in the appraisal and evaluation process. Requirements for appraisers who perform REO appraisals are the same as for appraisers of any other property type. An appraiser of REO property must be state-licensed or certified in the state in which the property is located and listed on the FHA Appraiser Roster. Additionally, Portfolio Realty Group will list the property and work with the lender to preserve their investment.

Broker Price Opinion (BPO)

BPO provides an important and efficient option in determining property market value. Lenders Helper delivers BPO valuations through our Nationwide network of highly knowledgeable and licensed brokers.
